With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, I have developed a strong expertise in KYC, CDD, credit check, and operations. My goal is to help businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals. As a Partner Onboarding Specialist at Mosaic, I performed risk-based decisions, approved monthly credit limits, gathered required documents, reviewed and verified submissions, and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders. I was able to successfully onboard new partners and exceed company standards. I also have experience in resolving customer issues related to crypto, payments, fraud, and account access, as well as initiating, processing, and funding consumer loans. I am a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused professional who is always eager to learn and grow.
