Hi there! I'm the former founder of the UX Content Collective and a passionate UX designer located in the SF Bay Area. I've led design and UX content strategy for Google Pay, Google Assistant payments, and Quickbooks Self-Employed, as well as startups like Sumo Logic, Gyft, and SugarSync. I create user experiences through UX writing and copywriting - also known as designing with words.  I evolved as a UX writer after a journey of 10+years, through roles in digital marketing, social media strategy, content management and product management. They all share a common goal (good user interactions), a primary method (purposeful communication), and a key skill - collaboration across product, design, research and development teams. After building growth programs for Google’s partner agencies, I designed the social media strategy for ING’s retail banking unit, and worked on the complete content & UI copy re-creation for PayPro, a SaaS company. I acted as copywriter & UX writer for several blockchain projects (Tokit, Singular DTV, Alethio, Gitcoin) and led product management for a blockchain-based training platform (Frizbee). My key skills are UX writing, content design, copywriting and brand voice creation. I’m equal parts strategic and creative in my work.
