Allison Yazdian is the Chief Executive Officer of Uscreen, an all-in-one video monetization platform that empowers creators and media companies to build and scale subscription-based streaming services. Uscreen enables thousands of creators and companies across fitness, education, coaching, sports, and media & entertainment to launch their own branded video apps and subscription platforms. To date, more than 13,000 creators have used Uscreen to build and scale their video businesses, generating nearly $1 billion in GMV and reaching more than 15 million end users worldwide, with over 8 billion minutes of content watched on the platform. Prior to Uscreen, Allison served as SVP of Creator Growth and Success at LTK, where she was responsible for all go-to-market functions for the 300k+ creator base at the pioneer creator monetization platform. In this role, she led sales, creator success, partnerships, marketing, support, and growth operations, driving comprehensive strategies to acquire, onboard, and scale creators across the platform. During her tenure, LTK reached $5.2B in GMV with 40M monthly shoppers, working with 8,000+ brands across the $2B-valued platform. Before LTK, Allison oversaw the revenue growth function at Compass (public, Fortune 500 company), reporting to the COO as a member of the senior executive team. She was responsible for the department's P&L and led all revenue growth functions spanning sales, demand generation, RevOps, sales enablement, upsell, and go-to-market strategy. Allison joined Compass in 2017 when it was a Series C company and led through hyper-growth to a marquee $8B IPO in 2021. During that time, she served in various leadership roles across growth and operations, consistently scaling teams to execute and exceed revenue targets. Earlier in her career, Allison was Vice President of Sales and Operations at Brighter, a healthcare tech startup backed by Benchmark, Mayfield, and General Catalyst. She led the provider marketplace, creating and managing sales, marketing, customer success, and implementation teams that successfully onboarded 120,000 new customers nationally. The company was acquired by Cigna in 2017. Prior to Brighter, Allison held various leadership and business development roles at growth-focused companies. Allison holds a BA in Finance from Emory University and an MBA from Stanford University. She also invests in and advises startups and venture funds on their growth and go-to-market strategies.

Vue.js is my preference for building applications, but I also have experience with React and of course with more classic jQuery or pure JavaScript approaches.
