What I'm Not: A Hiring Manager or Recruiter, so I can't help with job applications or referrals. That is, unless we're good friends. In which case, you probably have my number. What I Do: Recruiting Operations/People Systems Management; designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations and systems with a ROI-first approach. I'm constantly balancing scale and compliance - operational excellence is the undercurrent of everything I do. What I Used to Do: Professional Triathlon and Ultra-Distance Endurance Athlete things; raced back-to-back iron-distance triathlons, ran multiple 100-mile ultramarathons, and raced across the Steppes of Mongolia on a mountain bike. These days I'm happily "retired" to more reasonable distances, but those experiences taught me a lot about persistence, systems thinking, and pushing through when things get tough. Most importantly, that it's hard to beat the person who's having fun.
