Currently serving as Director of IT and Broadcasting at the National Institute of Statistics of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and as a Member of the Strategic Working Group of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, I am committed to supporting public institutions across Africa in building resilient, inclusive, and evidence-based economic systems.
I specialize in development economics, special economic zones (SEZs), and sustainable growth strategies, with hands-on experience working on flagship initiatives such as the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), Congo Basin Valuation, and WFP’s EFSA Survey. Proficient in tools such as STATA, R, QGIS, and AI-powered analytics, I navigate complex datasets to deliver insights that drive smart policymaking and long-term impact.
