Former head coach of the University of Utah NCAA D1 men's lacrosse program. Accomplishments include building and transitioning the MCLA club program (2016-18) to NCAA D1 status in 2018-19 and entering the A-SUN conference in 2021. Program ranking went from 73 to 40 in three years and had the second highest GPA in the department along with a huge community fan base. Formerly at the University of North Carolina as and assistant coach from 2008-2016. Won the 2016 NCAA National Championship and had an 8 year NCAA playoff run. Passionate for coaching and mentoring young men. Life experiences in the business and athletic arena have allowed me to create a powerful environment where young men can learn and develop skills necessary for competition and life. I have played and/or coached in nine NCAA D1 men's lacrosse final fours and won three out of seven national championship games. These high level experiences enable me to teach the necessary values to achieve goals at the highest level. Driven by faith, hard work, passion, honesty and integrity, I have the ability to create the framework needed for young men to realize their fullest potential, which I believe is the true calling of a coach and leader.
