I have nearly 20 years of quality assurance experience, as well as leadership/training in the Video Game Industry. I have also been a supervisor/trainer in customer service/food service positions. I have recently been trying to add skills by searching for positions outside of the video game industry. I’m very coachable, and love to learn new methodologies. I am well versed in regression testing, Jira, end to end testing, test case creation and management. I have management experience, and have coached my direct reports to success. I have been a manual tester for most of my career, including my promotion to QA Project Lead. I have tested both console and mobile products.
