I have over 30 years of experience in academia, consulting, and entrepreneurship. I am passionate about advancing the thinking and practice of business innovation, modern marketing, AI applications, and product management.
I am also the McCormick Foundation Professor of Technology and the Director of the Center for Research in Technology & Innovation, which partners with leading corporate innovators to create and disseminate cutting-edge insights and frameworks. I have authored seven management books, including The Sentient Enterprise and Fewer Bigger Bolder, and published numerous articles and cases on technology, innovation, and marketing. I serve on the board of Reliance Jio Infocomm, Bahwan Cybertek and QualSights. I also serve on the advisory board of Chicago Innovation and several technology startups in India, USA, and Israel. I teach executive programs in Hong Kong, Germany, Israel, and India, and have designed and delivered several successful online executive education programs.
