As the VP of Engineering at SigFig, I lead the engineering team that is responsible for developing and maintaining the core platform that provides personalized investment advice and portfolio management solutions to millions of customers. I oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring that we follow the best practices of agile software development, cloud-native architecture, and big data engineering. I also collaborate closely with the product, design, and business teams to align the engineering vision and strategy with the company's goals and values. My mission is to enable SigFig to deliver high-quality, innovative, and customer-centric products that empower people to achieve their financial goals.
