Most AEC startups don't have a product problem. They have a positioning problem. They have a lead quality problem. They have a creative GTM and growth problem. And the fix isn't to chase more leads but to attract the right ones. You need to get in the right rooms, compete beyond price, and break out of the referrals and RFP cycle. Founders who figure this out in the projects that move the business forward. My expertise comes from years working inside top AEC firms, seeing how they operate, where they get stuck, and why some grow faster than others. Most AEC startups try to apply generic B2B strategies that simply don’t translate. This industry works differently. Figuring out what moves the needle is what I’ve spent years breaking down, testing, and refining. Before this, I worked as a structural engineer at Buro Happold, seeing how global firms operate at scale -interned at Turner Construction, learning how the biggest projects are won. Became the first civil engineer to win IIT Bombay’s Tech Person of the Year Award. Represented India at Solar Decathlon China. Built a network of AEC leaders, founders, and decision-makers. Now, I help AEC founders who know they do great work but need a smarter way to land more customers. The ones who are done waiting for referrals are ready to be intentional about growth. With a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune, my journey has led me to the role of Technical Engineer at Hilti Group.
