I am a Sr. Regional Therapy Advancement Manager at Biosense Webster, a Johnson & Johnson company, where I support the Electrophysiology service line in six states by engaging with various stakeholders and aligning our resources. I have added $3.4M in annualized revenue by focusing on lab efficiency and investment conversations with lab staff, EPs, CV admins, and c suite executives. I have also contributed to the global launch of a Dx catheter product in China, running a post analysis on its performance in other countries.
I have a passion for healthcare innovation and data-driven decision-making. I recently completed a Master of Quantitative Management in Health Analytics at Duke University, where I have led a team of students researching the ASC and Robotic space for Revival Healthcare Capital, a private equity firm specializing in the medical device and diagnostic sectors. I have also completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Southern California, where I gained valuable skills in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, SAS, Tableau, Salesforce, and JMP.
I have a proven track record of customer service, marketing, sales, management, and leadership roles in the medical device and consumer industries, achieving consistent growth and savings for my employers and clients. 
As a Manager, Quality Engineering at J&J MedTech, I oversee and support the quality engineering activities for product development, validation, and manufacturing of medical devices. With 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, working with Class II and III products such as Structural Heart Implants, Electrophysiology Catheters, Glucose Monitoring Sensors, Surgical Robotics, Connectors, and Injection Molding Components. I am a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Associate of Engineering Management, with extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Regulatory Standards, and Risk Management.
My core competencies include sustaining quality engineering, design quality assurance, quality engineering oversight, and staff development. I have successfully driven multi-million dollar increase in revenue through validations and transfer to low-cost manufacturing sites, while ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO requirements. I have also partnered with R&D, Operations, Regulatory, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations. My mission is to provide quality engineering leadership and excellence in the medical device industry, and to contribute to the innovation and improvement of healthcare solutions.
