I am an executive product management, business development and strategy leader. During my career I’ve established a track record of repeated success. I contribute much of these repeated successes to being data driven. I also have an exceptional ability to conceptualize both the final product and the processes needed to realize that final vision. I truly thrive on the complex nature of my work, the challenge of being accountable for an array of details, and the deft hand it requires for customer management while concurrently keeping all the cross-functional contributors focused on success. Yes, the development must be solid and the testing thorough, but it is on me to communicate with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, management, investors, everyone, they all need to in-sync with the vision. And I, as the leader, must be able to listen and adapt to the situation and the input I receive. I am an outstanding communicator that cultivates relationships and facilitates an easy dialogue between all the various stakeholders. I have found it rewarding to be good at my job. But as I’ve grown in my career, I’ve learned that my hard work isn't enough. Yes, I need to do my part, and I need to have my own accomplishments, but that can only take me so far. So, while my skills, abilities, and experiences were and will continue to be instrumental to my accomplishments, I know that real achievements happen while collaborating with great colleagues and staff.
