Pouria Sanae has been at the forefront of the direct-to-patient (DTP) healthcare revolution since 2016. His expertise has led him to collaborate with renowned institutions, including Mayo Clinic, Invitae, Geisinger, Mount Sinai, Stanford Health, and National Geographic, as well as major players in the healthcare and bioPharma industry like Roche, Sanofi, AstraZeneca, Moderna, CVS, Walgreens, PPD, and Illumina impacting the lives of millions of patients.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Pouria's leadership was pivotal in launching over 1,100 nationwide programs for states, the Department of Defense, and other government institutions. His commitment to security, regulatory compliance, and patient privacy has ensured the success of large-scale programs under his guidance.
His passion for patient-centered care has fueled his work in launching over 37 direct-to-patient platforms, encompassing areas such as Alzheimer's, Oncology, Cardiology, Diabetes, Endocrinology, Respiratory Diseases, and more. His healthcare journey was inspired by his upbringing in Sweden, where a patient-centric system left a lasting impact.
His previous leadership roles include head of partnership at Helix, where he led launch efforts for 22 genomics direct-to-patient digital platforms, and director of product management at Yahoo. He was also founder and CEO of two startups – data mining company CMS (Complex Made Simple) and eCommerce platform Cityblis.
Pouria holds a Master's degree in aerospace engineering from Lulea University of Technology, Sweden, and spent the first seven years of his career within the aerospace sector working for the German Aerospace Center (DLR), Airbus space division, Syderal space, Oerlikon Aerospace, and TERMA group working in multiple countries and regions in Europe
With over a decade of experience in pioneering DTP healthcare solutions, his work continues to bridge the gap between innovative healthcare technologies and the individuals who need them most.
