Engineering leader with 25+ years of experience driving platform modernization, scaling infrastructure, and enabling fast, reliable software delivery. I help organizations transition from legacy systems to modern service-oriented architectures, with a focus on DevOps, engineering operations, and cross-functional execution. At Bolt, I’ve led efforts across platform, AI, mobile, crypto, and InfoSec. I helped ship the mobile app to the App Store in just 20 days and scaled it to general availability within 6 months. I supported strategic fintech integrations, drove the rollout of DevRev to improve engineering workflows across teams, and overhauled observability by cleaning up noisy dashboards and standardizing telemetry. I also played a key role in stabilizing engineering teams, refining on-call, and reducing burnout. Supporting Bolt’s AI teams, I managed infrastructure needs with Terraform-based IaC, providing scalable environments for experimentation and production use. Previously at Ripple, I built the CBDC infrastructure in 6 months, launched core DevOps practices across RippleX, and cut over $1.3M in cloud spend, while supporting every RippleX dev team building on the XRPL. As a early AI adopter I helped ship one of Ripple's first RAG LLMs trained on XRPL SDK documentation for our XRPL Foundation partner.
