I have a multicultural background as I was born in France from parents with 2 different cultures & way of thinking. My father is a musician from Guadeloupe (island in the Caribbean Sea) and my mother is a Swedish citizen that fell in love with France and its culture during her studies in law. My Father inspired me by his creativity and my mother empowered me with were pragmatism and structured way of thinking, from this I learned to view life from a different viewpoint. Furthermore, my parents having started new lives from scratch in France, it inspired me to constantly start things in life and be proactive. From this I have always been interested about learning about new cultures, meeting new people and broadening my way of thinking. I centered my life about learning, exploring, and experimenting new things. For my personal growth and expanding my viewpoint of the world I decided to travel a lot. Thus, I chose to enroll in studies where I got the opportunity to study in Sweden, South Korea, France & the United States of America. Now, I am able solve problem with a global view of business and think outside of the box to bring success to the projects and companies I work for. Since a young age I have been interested in building things and making my ideas come to life. At age 13 I had a business of buying and selling sneakers and limited-edition clothes. From this experience I learned key business values like customer patterns, market analysis, negotiation, and marketing. Furthermore, sports have always been important for me, and my curiosity has led me to try many extracurricular activities from chess that taught me strategic thinking, to taekwondo where I learned goal setting and how to negotiate against my competitor. In American football I learned a lot about teamwork, winning as a group, and the value of hard work. Eventually, my team and I won the French national championship in 2016 and by training hard enough I played in the French national team of American Football for where I disputed several international games for 2 years. Now, I still carry those values with me on every project and aspect of my life. I view business as a sport, a new challenge to overcome with my teammates, it is about getting a team of people together, setting goals and creating success. I make my teammates be the best version of themselves and empower them overcoming critical situations by giving them a constant support and helping them being confident.
