In the span of over 12 years working with Drupal, I've been fortunate enough to grow from a developer to a senior developer and architect, focusing on solving complex problems with simple, effective solutions. Throughout this journey, I've had the privilege of working alongside incredibly talented teams, guiding projects to successful completion with a focus on quality and innovation. My role has always been deeply technical, but the real reward has come from the collaborative successes and the opportunities to learn and adapt at every turn. Leadership for me has been about fostering a supportive environment where team members feel encouraged to innovate and share their ideas. Together, we've tackled challenging projects, developing custom modules and themes that meet our clients' needs. These experiences have not only contributed to our projects' success but have also helped us grow as professionals, constantly pushing our limits and expanding our capabilities. My engagement with the Drupal community has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career. Sharing knowledge through talks and training sessions, and being an active member of the local Drupal group for over a decade, has allowed me to give back to the community that has been instrumental in my professional development. This involvement has been a two-way street, offering me invaluable insights and learning opportunities from fellow Drupal enthusiasts. Reflecting on the past 12 years, I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the experiences I've had and the people I've met along the way. The journey has been as much about the technical achievements as it has been about the shared experiences and the collective growth within the Drupal community.
