I am the Managing Partner at Biome, a full stack Venture Studio that uses an integrative approach to company building to transform bold ideas into the next generation of high impact, market-defining companies alongside experienced and passionate entrepreneurs.
My dream was to turn Hyderabad into one of the leading startup cities in the world, and that vision was fulfilled through the creation of T-Hub, a company that I founded in partnership with the Government of Telangana.
I have over 30 years of international experience in product strategy, product management and business development, but my true passion is helping startups scale and building thriving communities around entrepreneurship. I possess in-depth knowledge of the global and Indian startup ecosystems, and have successfully built a strong community that includes investors, corporates, venture studios, incubators & accelerators and govt organizations.
I am the Founding India President of the Global Entrepreneurship Network, a Board Member of GEN Space, on the South Asia Advisory Board for the Dalai Lama Center for Ethics & Transformative Values at MIT, and advisor to several governments and organizations on building innovation ecosystems.

When I lead K12aa, my mission was to help students realize their full potential and help them build great careers. We transformed over 100k lives and we are proud of our achievement.
My role with the TS Government's Education Department was clear-cut: upgrade educational programs to give students a competitive edge in entrepreneurship early on. Through this, we're building a stronger foundation for tomorrow's innovation.
As a mentor at T-Hub, I mentored emerging entrepreneurs, helping them become successful. It's all about passing on what I learned and igniting the same passion in others.
Investing is more than funding—it's believing in a vision that can disrupt markets. I look for startups that promise not just profitability but also a potential to create a positive wave of change.

Ankur have more than 10 years of International experience in corporate innovation , Partnerships and alliances , product & program management. True passion is all about helping start-ups scale and building thriving communities around entrepreneurship. Ankur is passionate about enabling start-ups to make positive differences and adding value to the start-up ecosystem.
Currently , Ankur is now part of Plaksha University working as Associate Director for InfoEdge Centre for Entreprenuership. The idea is to build the centre to foster entrepreneurship not only at the plaksha university but to the overall reigon i.e. Tri-City region. Centre focus is to create domestic as well as partnerships globally to attract the right set of startups to help with the various requirements of the startups.
Ankur was a founding member of an organization whose dream was to turn Hyderabad into one of the leading start-up cities in the world, and that vision was fulfilled through the creation of the T-Hub Foundation in partnership with the Government of Telangana. Ankur has worked with Techstars , IIIT-Hyderabad , Eleven01 , Microsoft which is a mix of a Start-up Catalyst, Start-up & Corporate worked on emerging tech on AI at T-Hub , Blockchain at Eleven01, Quantum computing at Microsoft, Digital at Adani Digital & now with Academia with InfoEdge Centre for Entrepreneurship at Plaksha University.

Juliane, with a background in Germany, brings a wealth of experience from working, studying, and living in various European countries and India. Formerly successful in tech sales, she transitioned into startup support and internationalization.
As a key figure in India’s largest accelerator, she played a pivotal role in building one of the first market entry accelerators in India for foreign startups. Her continuous commitment to India, working with German Accelerator and the EU-India Innocenter, has supported over 100 companies in exploring and entering the Indian market.
Holding a German Diploma and a global Executive MBA, Juliane's strategic vision, attention to detail, and speed have facilitated agile market exploration. Today, her focus is on supporting businesses in sustainability & climate tech, mobility & logistics, health and life sciences, and various emerging tech sectors to enter India and address global challenges
