Today we see many apps that look cool but aren't user-friendly, especially for those not tech-savvy. A lot of designs fail because of this basic flaw, making them not appeal to a wider audience. Think about it - how often have you downloaded an app only to delete it because it’s too complicated? If an app isn’t intuitive, it’s as good as invisible. No matter the features in it.
