With over nine years of experience in the financial services industry, I am a Senior Wealth Advsisor at JWC Wealth. Previously, I was a VP, Financial Consultant at Charles Schwab, one of the largest and most trusted wealth management firms in the U.S. I am a CFP® professional, which means I have met the rigorous education, exam, experience, and ethics requirements set by the CFP Board. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
After spending the prior 30 years in finance and commercial real estate development, Glusman transitioned into C-suite/equity/venture capital stepping away from retail asset management and into the CIO role with Esoteric in 2021, CFO role with Black Box Digital in 2023 and now into the CEO role with BDIC.
As co-author of the BDIC White Paper, Litepaper and Lexicon Glusman has been collaborating with human capital in tech, marketing, media, investor relations, analytics, human resources and building a solution to normalization in the daily use of digital currency since Q4 2023.
Previously, Glusman focused on Investment Policy asset management using traditional assets, alternatives, derivatives and structured products. Most recently, a Practice Director on RIA platform (Level Four LLC 2019-21), prior a Senior Vice President on Bank platform (SunTrust Private Client 2018-2019) and career core time as Senior Vice President of Investments (Merrill Lynch 2001-2017).
With clients in the NBA, NFL and MLB and a over a billion dollars of AUM, he has spoken professionally for decades on financial literacy to student-athletes at All Star events such as the Senior Bowl, East-West Shrine Game and Portsmouth Invitational Basketball Tournament.
Glusman also managed hedge fund clients at Merrill attaining his Commodities & Futures Security License (SR3) and worked with the Structured Product Group building solutions to mitigate risk for portfolio hedging in addition to managing team protocols.
Glusman also worked on the Executive team at Merrill as Director of he PMD Program, Sales Manager Greater Fort Lauderdale and Investment Banking team as a hybrid role during his tenure.
Glusman held multiple securities licenses during this period (SR7, SR66, SR3 & SR31) as well as Certified Designations (CFM Merrill Lynch, CRPC© College of Financial Planning) with training at Merrill Lynch on fundamental analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, Modern Portfolio Theory as well as technical analysis Point & Figure charting in addition to his Insurance Licensing throughout the period as required.
