With over 15 years of experience in higher education, I lead the Office of Professional Education at McCormick School of Engineering, Northwestern University. My mission is to improve the quality, diversity, and outcomes of our portfolio of 13 professional master's programs that enroll ~800 students annually. I leverage my expertise in enrollment management, student affairs, and career services to implement data-driven marketing strategies, CRM tools, and resource allocation practices that have resulted in a 95% increase in graduate applications and higher selectivity and yield rates.
