I have 25 years recruitment experience across UK, Australia and US. In that time I had success moving from $1m biller to Leader to Entrepreneur.
By 2008, I co-founded ConSol Partners, an award winning tech staffing business built on a clear philosophy:

We stayed true to these principles, growing the business to $50 million in annual sales with offices in four global locations and placements in over 60 countries. We grew the business rapidly and in 2013 I moved back to Los Angeles to establish and grow our US presence. By 2019, after 12 years of growth and hard work, we achieved a full exit by selling to a public company at 8.6x multiple.
Thatās when I embraced my next chapter.
Today, Iām based in Los Angeles, where I focus on investing in tech, private equity, and real estate. Through MDC Ventures, I help businesses and leaders master the art of growth, innovation, and leadership with a specialism of helping UK companies establish and scale stateside.
My approach is built on hard-earned lessons and straight-talking honesty.
