Currently studying Computer Science and Business Administration, a double degree program at both the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University, I love being involved in decision-making, voicing my opinions, and helping to shape the product I'm working on!
When I'm not building, you'll probably find me planning my next hiking trip through the mountains of a far-away country, playing Ultimate Frisbee, or practicing singing (I love music!).

Previously at Faire ā a marketplace that empowers small business owners by offering a platform to connect with independent brands with retailers ā I worked on the integrations team to allow small brands that make use of platforms like Shopify and Clover to easily onboard and integrate with Faire. There, I launched localized multi-currency and tax support, enabling thousands of new EU brands to successfully integrate.
In the past, I helped grow Waitlist (www.getwaitlist.com) ā a tool for setting up gamified referral and signup waitlists within minutes ā to over 500 clients as one of 3 engineers working on the platform. I helped build out the landing page, analytics dashboards, waitlist management dashboards, and more.
On Manulife's Cloud Engineering Team, I built data pipelines to ingest, store, and analyze data from Manulife's entire portfolio of cloud resources. With that data, we built dashboards to visualize and offer valuable insights about usage, costs, security, and more.
At CheaprEats, a food delivery and POS software startup, I built highly-responsive, core features on the vendor dashboard such as an analytics heatmap and a pay-roll processing clock-in portal. On-top of that, I mentored 5 novice developers in TypeScript while leading the migration of software from JS to TS.
