Over two decades, I've architected both revenue generating and in kind brand partnerships for corporations and properties including MusiCares, OUTLOUD Music Festival, Vans Warped Tour, Summer School Tour, Gibson Guitar, 20th Century Fox Films, Disney, Danny Wimmer Presents, Bumbershoot, and Hard Rock Cafe, transforming traditional sponsorships into dynamic brand integrations.
My approach combines creative thought process and deep industry insight with marketing innovation – a methodology that's created, secured and executed major national and global partnership programs with blue chip brands including Starbucks, McDonalds, Pringles, Energizer, Coca-Cola, Vans, Pontiac, Bose, P&G, Ubisoft, PlayStation, Brown-Forman, Diageo, Target, Budweiser, Pepsi, and Microsoft.

Andy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Shadrach, a boutique consultancy laser-focused on unlocking the power of music for brands. Specializing in music audits, strategy development, talent curation and negotiation, partnership advisory, licensing, experiential activations, and full-service execution, Shadrach delivers transformative results. Since founding the company in 2019, Shadrach has collaborated with high-profile clients including Traeger BBQ grills, Coca-Cola’s Bodyarmor, Bose, CAA, First Tube, The FADER, SPIN, Hark Audio and Artist House to name a few.
In 2020, Andy joined First Tube as Chief Revenue Officer, helping grow the full-service hybrid experiences agency by 1100% over three years. His leadership attracted major clients like Tito’s Vodka, New Balance, and Southwest Airlines, Budweiser, Bacardi and more, culminating in First Tube’s acquisition by Horizon Media in 2022.
Previously, Andy served as President & Publisher of The FADER for 16 years, transforming it into a globally influential music media brand. He championed artists like Billie Eilish, Drake, and Frank Ocean while securing awards and long-term innovative brand partnerships with Converse, Toyota, Coca-Cola, vitaminwater, Jack Daniels, Budweiser and many more. Andy also led the development of The FADER’s social media, digital, video, and experiential initiatives, including the renowned FADER FORT at SXSW.
A two-time Billboard Top 40 honoree for music and branding, Andy’s earlier experience includes roles at SPIN and The Source, working under industry pioneers Bob Guccione Jr. and David Mays. 
With 5 years at Magnitude of Change, I currently serve as the Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, I drive the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, ensuring sustained growth and success for our company, working with senior leadership on organizational excellence for Magnitude of Change. This includes Sales, Account Management, Branding, Creative Development, Product Development, PR, and more. I have led the company into work at the local, county, state, and federal level, running multi-million dollar projects across 36 states and country-wide. I am responsible for its entire client portfolio.
In addition to my work at Magnitude of Change, I am also the founder of Grooving for Good, a social enterprise that amplifies hope through creative expression. Since May 2021, I have been creating and curating music and content that promote mental and emotional wellbeing, and collaborating with various artists, media outlets, and organizations to reach and empower a diverse and global audience. I am also a columnist for SPIN IMPACT, where I write "Bloom", a column focused on sharing insights and tips on how to cultivate a positive and resilient mindset. Through these initiatives, I aim to use my passion and expertise in digital arts and music production to make a difference in the world.
My life has teetered ino the realm of music, too. I have had multiple releases on Atlantic Records, #1 EPs on Beatport, and more as an electronic music producer.
