Carolyn is a multi-talented account manager at Paper Chase Press, a boutique print shop and division of Hemlock Printers USA that specializes in custom projects for creative clients. With over ten years of experience in print and layout design, photography, and project management, Carolyn has a passion for delivering high-quality and personalized print solutions that meet and exceed the expectations of her customers.
As an account manager, Carolyn handles the entire process of custom quote requests, from creating job tickets and reviewing client files, to coordinating and communicating with the production team and the client, to arranging the final delivery. Carolyn also leverages her creative direction and editorial skills to assist in revisions, answer technical questions, and provide web content for the company's website and social media platforms. Carolyn's goal is to be the print shop bestie for her clients, offering a friendly and professional service, expert advice, and creative collaboration. 
Jules is a highly sought after executive and consultant who's led record-breaking teams to raise millions of dollars with over 18 years of experience inside nonprofits, brand + fundraising agencies, tech companies and corporations reporting to CEOs, CMOs and Executive Creative Directors. She's currently leading and managing a high-performing team for Moore Digital's largest client (out of 65) to record-breaking fundraising initiatives along with account renewal & growth to currently unheard of multimillion dollar YoY growth in FY25.
Some of the clients she has helped include: Doctors Without Borders/MSF, Wounded Warrior Project, Stand Up to Cancer, PBS, Oxfam America and CARE with a passion for healthcare, humanitarian, public media & animal welfare.
She is a former marcom head at 2 orgs and has sat on multiple leadership teams, currently nominated to represent the Strategy Team on the Moore Media & Digital Collaboration Committee to improve pillar ops and serving on the agency's Strategy leadership team.

•During challenging times, Jules led Doctors Without Borders and Oxfam America to their best Giving Seasons as Strategy Director, Fundraising at agency Blue State (a WPP agency).
•She also helped healthcare/international relief clients at TrueSense Marketing with digital fundraising and marketing while up-selling and growing business as top digital contact.
•While in LA, she helped Stand Up To Cancer with an overhaul of its digital systems as its first Technical Digital Director, including crafting biz requirements and vendor selections for a database and new donation systems, along with a migration of WordPress websites + redesign.
•She was the first Director of MarCom for the Institute for Nonprofit News as part of its leadership team. She led the org to record-breaking growth, while creating recommendations for members to optimize newsletters & donation pages. Her guide to newsletter best practices landed in publication Membership Management.
•She also has proven experience managing and leading teams. At East Bay SPCA, she led teams that broke event and digital fundraising records, including a direct report, intern & volunteers, while managing a marketing budget and growing revenue by a third. She secured and managed partnerships with media companies, such as NBC, and household pet products, like PetCube.
•Jules spent over 6 years in NYC, eventually promoted to Director, Digital Marketing at American Association of Advertising Agencies.
