Extensive Experience in the following:
•Utilizing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to provide full SQA services including white and black box software testing and continuous improvement to ensure exceptional quality is built into products and services within each phase, Sprint, Epic and Release in order to deliver solutions for a variety of internal and external customer-facing web and cloud-based and SAAS applications.
•Working with business and development partners and end users to identify and review use cases, user stories, functional and non-functional business requirements, change requests, design documents and product specifications.
•Creating, reviewing and maintaining test artifacts and knowledge base articles and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases and requirements traceability matrix using HP Quality Center, Zephyr and other test management tools.
•Performing UI, functional, system level, usability, accessibility, availability, responsive design, boundary, security, SQL data validation, performance and stress testing.
•Timely testing across all test phases including, Smoke Tests, Functional, Regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•Identifying, documenting and retesting defects, leading defect reviews, and providing status reports of milestones using Jira, Kanban, Manuscript and other defect tracking tools.
•Multi-tasking while working effectively with local, domestic and offshore cross-functional teams in multiple time zones to efficiently test, verify and resolve issues.
