Currently, I serve as the Associate Director at Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd., where I lead strategic initiatives to enhance procurement processes and operational efficiency. My career has been marked by a commitment to improving operational effectiveness and driving cost savings through innovative procurement strategies.
Throughout my journey, I have developed a robust skill set in strategic sourcing, procurement management, logistics coordination, and fuel management. - Successfully managed the trading of 1 MTPA of Imported Thermal Coal and Coking Coal, contributing to the profitability of Sojitz India.
- Led a project that transitioned material movement from trucks to railways, optimizing supply chain efficiency and reducing logistics costs.
- Overhauled the fuel management system, resulting in an 11% reduction in fuel consumption and saving Rs. 86 Crore annually.
