Brian graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration; majoring in Finance and Economics. Shortly after, he began his career with Marcus & Millichap as a research analyst for John Leonard. His primary focus was tracking stock and velocity in every product type and every major submarket in the Atlanta MSA. Brian became an Associate Member of the National Retail Group in 2007 and has focused on Single-Tenant Net-Leased investments in the Southeast.
Since Marcus & Millichap, Brian has branched off to collaborate with Sean Attaway Molloy of Attaway Investments to pursue Brokerage and Development. He has identified and secured exclusive commercial real estate listings resulting in a book of business in excess of $50 million, as well as the management of the company’s inventory of on-market and off-market listings; including retail single-tenant and multi-tenant income producing property investments.
Aside from brokerage, Brian has sourced commercial real estate development opportunities throughout the Southeast region of the United States. He and his partners have successfully negotiated purchase agreements and retail lease agreements, coordinated real estate transactions, and managed numerous marketing campaigns for marquee national retailers; including Walgreens, Chase Bank, PNC Bank, Kauffman Tire, Advance Auto Parts, 7-Eleven, Express Oil, Dollar Tree and Aldi.
Since his Commercial Real Estate days, Brian has moved back home to Denver, CO, and launched a career in Telecommunications, with an 8 year emphasis on Real Estate programs across multiple telecommunications careers such as, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile/Sprint, and even Tower Companies. Brian is a self-driven, highly motivated individual with strong leadership, group cooperation, and communication skills.
