Hey you! I have experience in customer experience, event production, and account management. Having worked at Slush for over 2.5 years, I led the production team in planning and executing large-scale event operations ensuring smooth operations for 13,000+ attendees. My strengths lie in managing both people and processes, as well as working closely with partners to improve services, such as optimizing food offerings and reducing customer complaints. In my previous position at Management Events as a KCM I worked in client management, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in IT positions from biggest companies in Finland. I'm fluent in both Finnish and English, I enjoy working in international, fast-paced environments where I can use my skills in time management, problem-solving, and collaboration. I take ownership of my work and approach challenges with a proactive mindset. I’m now looking for opportunities where I can make a meaningful impact, maybe in areas like sustainable consumerism, plant-based products, or promoting wellbeing.
