As a deeply curious strategic leader and team builder, I bring big commercial ideas that drive long-term impact to market.
I'm obsessed with blueprinting what's new and next by understanding the pace of change and prototyping in the unknown. My experience is non-linear by design - colouring outside the lines, expanding [pushing] boundaries and finding magic in the white space of intersections and peripherals that are often overlooked. I'm equal parts left brained and right brained and have the privilege of being a student of powerfully brilliant visionary leaders who have inspired me to think in an expansive way to drive systems level change by focusing both on designing long term transformation while delivering short(er) term commercial impact.
I’ve held senior roles across brand strategy, business design, innovation and transformation at some of the world's top companies, including Nasdaq, where I am the Chief Digital Officer, and previously at Google, NBC, Edelman Digital, and Viacom. I have also served as a trusted advisor and thought partner to some of the world's top executives and leaders at GE, Estee Lauder, Samsung, the Department of Education, and the White House during the Obama Administration.
As a Venture Partner at Digihey, over the past three months, the focus has been on developing high-performing distributed engineering teams for startups. By leveraging innovative approaches, the organization has enhanced client satisfaction and ensured cost-effective delivery, helping establish Digihey as a reliable partner in the tech ecosystem.
Previously, at Neurons Lab, I contributed to impactful AI-driven business development for over a year, empowering clients to unlock the potential of artificial intelligence. With expertise in go-to-market strategy, corporate venture capital, and emerging technologies, a collaborative approach consistently drives meaningful results across industries.
