As an entrepreneur, I founded an award-winning software company and later established InnoFi Advisory, a consultancy servicing a diverse client base across financial services, FinTech, and crypto sectors. The firm emphasizes compliance excellence and regulatory alignment. As an international speaker, I contribute to policy dialogues at prestigious platforms like the OECD and Vatican. I also chair the Global Practitioners Advisory Board at the International Compliance Association and am an Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute's Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies.
