Arjun has also built and scaled business and teams outside the U.S in markets such as UK, Germany, Brazil, Japan, Korea, Sweden, Australia among others.

Recent architectural optimizations to large scale distributed system (2B+ req per day) to bring down infra cost 60%+ while increasing our uptime SLA to 99.99; leading to substantially increasing margins, putting us on a path to profitability, and ultimately securing recent VC funding round amidst a tightened market.
Have led engineering at startups and large tech companies at various stages of growth; such as angel and venture backed (series A - C) startups to Amazon. Ability to operate at various levels; from strategic to hands on at both the architectural and code level.

*Previous Amazon Engineering Leader and Bar Raiser - Led engineering teams, and was a Amazon Bar raiser which is a leader within Amazon’s hiring community which is responsible for the interviewing process and maintaining and continually raising the amazon technical bar. Performed 750+ engineering and product interviews. Experience growing teams, org's, and holistically growing Amazon.
