I am a delivery focused Project Manager with over 20 years experience delivering digital/IT projects for a number of high profile brands. Clients have included PlayStation, Nike, Virgin Media, Volkswagen, Sainsbury’s, Diageo, Lexus, Shop Direct (Very), Matalan and currently the RSPCA. Projects I deliver tend to have aggressive timelines, tight budgets, demanding clients, diverse groups of project stakeholders and combinations of both internal and 3rd party cross functional resource teams (inc offshore). I’ve delivered projects representing both the client and agency sides of the fence and so I know how it works from all angles. This experience has given me a well rounded knowledge of both the client and agency project lifecycles which I believe has been fundamental to my project delivery successes to date. I have a really strong work ethic and I’m super conscientious. I love working with project teams, I love rolling up my sleeves and getting stuck into the detail. I am an enthusiastic and natural motivator of people, always looking for ways to bring a team together so that they not only understand the common goal but also the valuable part they play achieving it. I really do thrive when working in an environment that is both challenging and stimulating and I’ll always bring a positive attitude, high energy and great personality to a project and to my team. Project delivery can be really tough – but I always say if you maintain a great sense of humour and open communications with your team and key stakeholders, then anything can be achieved.
