My career began at the forefront of social media and the influencer economy, where I helped shape how leading fashion, beauty and luxury brands show up and scale in a digitally-native world. After years spent agency-side, I moved in-house at Christian Louboutin. There, I led global digital communications—developing a cohesive brand voice, launching strategic creator collaborations, and directing digital content across owned, earned, .com and retail channels.
In my next role at NARS, I scaled global consumer engagement across 44 markets, leading first-to-market activations on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and gaming environments. I oversaw paid media, content, and social strategy—crafting episodic storytelling and launching immersive experiences like House of Climax and The O by NARS to drive deep emotional and cultural relevance.
Most recently, at Shiseido Americas, I served as SVP of Digital Innovation, leading development of AI-powered marketing pilots, immersive DTC and retail experiences, technology-enhanced experiential activations and industry-first media pilots on platforms like Roblox.
As a recognized thought leader, I’ve spoken at major industry events such as WWD, SXSW, Vogue Business, Coindesk, and NRF. In 2021, I was honored as one of Glossy’s 50 People Who Shaped Fashion & Beauty. I also mentor start-ups at the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA), focusing on digital marketing and consumer engagement strategies.
