I have a strong background in sales, and negotiation, and I enjoy building long-term relationships with candidates and clients across various industries. As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Coins.ph, I am responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring. I work closely with the hiring managers and the HR team to understand the business needs and the culture fit of each role, and to design and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns. I also leverage my skills in sales and negotiation to promote the employer brand and value proposition of Coins.ph, and to persuade and convince the candidates to join the company. Some of my achievements include hiring over 50 new employees in the last four months, reducing the time-to-hire by 30%, and increasing the candidate satisfaction rate by 40%.
