WHO I HAVE WORKED WITH I have ghostwritten, outlined, and edited books for dozens of entrepreneurs, thought leaders, religious leaders, creatives, scientists, professors, as well as celebrities, comedians, and athletes. I am American but I live between London, England and the Midwest and I work with people from Seattle to Sydney and beyond. We believe employment is empowerment and dream of a world where free career coaching resources are readily available to victims of domestic violence working towards financial independence. After learning that financial abuse occurs in 99% of domestic violence cases, 74% of survivors remained in abusive relationships longer due to financial concerns, and 60% of victims lose their jobs from reasons stemming from abuse, we realized our skill set as recruiters could help victims find financial independence, rebuild their lives, or potentially get out of an abusive relationship for good. Additionally, as the very first company to implement a one-for-one model in service we hope to set a precedent for future service-oriented companies to tackle complex social and environmental issues as they scale their profits, not as an afterthought.
