I have spent 7+ years managing and problem solving with my fellow colleagues. My years of experience have taught me the value in building relationships of trust and accountability as well as applying that in our workspace to promote a productive environment. I believe the more one experiences failure, the more well-versed one is to deal with all sorts of scenarios; growing up with multiple familiar responsibilities as well as juggling a full time job plus my education has taught me the value of discipline and patience in furthering oneself. I consider myself a people person and am committed to giving back. I consider it my personal religion to spread positivity and empathy in this world that is tainted with darkness.
