Over the past 29 years, I have been a director on more than twenty-five technology company boards, bringing expertise on product and competitive strategy, risk, ESG and human resources, among other issues. I have strong M&A and financing experience, comprising dozens of transactions with leading technology companies and top investment banking firms. And I have worked with companies across the United States as well as internationally in Canada, Germany, Czech Republic and Israel.
I enjoy working with groups of motivated executives and innovators, to help them bring their expertise and ideas together with a strategic plan - and to act on that plan. Sectors of experience and interest include SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity (Consumer, Enterprise and Infrastructure), Enterprise Software and more recently in Quantum Computing, Quantum Networking and Climate Technologies. My practice has focused largely in Financial Services, Internet Infrastructure, E-Commerce, Defense and Telecommunications markets.
In 2020 I shifted my focus to address the transition of energy and industry and solving the inevitable impacts of climate change, joining MCJ as Chairman & Managing Partner. 
With over 20 years of experience in software development, design, and architecture, I am a director of advanced development engineering at Keurig Dr Pepper, leading product innovation and digital transformation projects from concept to mass production. I specialize in edge-to-cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and internet of things technologies, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex, and transformational products and platforms for various industries and markets.
Currently, I am responsible for leading a 30+ team of engineers, data scientists and cloud experts to bring an AI and ML computer vision project to commercial mass production, using edge ML and cloud native services. This project, called BrewID (https://tinyurl.com/KDP-BrewID) , enables personalized and seamless brewing experiences for consumers and businesses, leveraging advanced image recognition, data pipelines, and cloud services. I oversee the technical architecture and engineering, as well as the cost management, test development, ML operations, and partner management of this project. My mission is to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency in creating cutting-edge products that delight customers and enhance business value.
