I’m an experienced Program Manager with 8+ years driving operational excellence across talent, people operations, and cross-functional programs. I specialize in building scalable systems, leading high-performing teams, and delivering meaningful employee experiences — from day one and beyond. My work spans onboarding redesigns, tooling rollouts, process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and systems implementation (Greenhouse, Workday, Notion, and more). I’ve led global teams, navigated hybrid and remote environments, and always look for the “why” behind the work to create smart, sustainable change. Currently, I’m proud to be shaping the onboarding and enablement experience at Fortis Games as we grow and evolve our People team.
