Khai Nguyen is a seasoned acquisitions specialist and former Wall Street executive with a proven track record of completing over 20 acquisitions across diverse industries. He is uniquely positioned as an investor, owner, and operator, bringing hands-on experience in scaling and managing high-growth businesses. He brings unparalleled expertise in acquisitions, business operations, and investment strategy.
Khai co-founded Powers Gymnastics, the largest VC-backed acquisition firm in the youth sports space, and previously led a $100M consumer retail tech fund in venture capital. He also served as CEO of Evy Tea, backed by notable investors including the Boston Beer Company.
Earlier in his career, Khai was an early employee at Harvest Exchange, a FinTech startup funded by Third Point and Highland Capital, and a finance executive at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and LPL Financial, managing over $4B in client funds. Khai is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach.
