Lee is a Manager in Deloitte’s M&A/R practice with 14+ years of cross-functional, program management experience. He helps both strategic and private equity clients in life sciences navigate complex divestitures and transformations. He typically supports the commercial, global supply chain, manufacturing, and regulatory functions, while focusing on operating model strategy, interim operating model design, legal entity formation/restructuring, master data management, TSA development, overall program management/governance, and Day 1 readiness.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Lee spent 10 years in real estate development, construction and private equity, overseeing projects across the entire deal lifecycle, totaling more than $7B in aggregate value. He chooses to lead by example, setting high standards for both himself and his teams, and inspiring those who work for him to consistently outperform expectations.
Lee holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business. He is also a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician.
