I’m Justin Suarez, a filmmaker and creative director at the intersection of cinema and AI. Over the past 2 years, I’ve produced award-winning animated short films and cinematic series using cutting-edge tools like Midjourney, Luma, Veo2, Sora, MiniMax, Kling, Pika,Runway, Udio and ElevenLabs. My background includes 15 years in digital filmmaking, content strategy, and branded storytelling for Fortune 500 brands. My passion is creating emotionally resonant, visually stunning stories at scale, whether it’s a viral horror short, a branded animation, or a serialized sci-fi world. To say I'm obsessed with video editing and motion design would be an understatement. I knew I wanted to be in post production since I was 13 years old... It's the one thing I have never lost passion or excitement for, and that continues to this day. I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the biggest brands in the world and help usher in their creative vision through the power of editing. When I'm not editing... I'm still editing. You may have seen my face on YouTube as "Learn How To Edit Stuff" where I teach editing tutorials of all shapes and sizes. I want to be a beacon of knowledge and resources for those out there who are like me, and want to pursue this as a lifetime achievement. Right now, I am working with RunwayML as a Staff Video Workflow Architect, where I am helping to shape the worlds most impressive generative A.I. and machine learning content creation software (all on the web). I think A.I. powered creativity is the next wave for content creators, and RunwayML is positioned to lead the charge in that space.
