I aim to engage diverse communities with inclusive stories of astronomy and space, and inspire moments of discovery in our everyday lives. I value bringing people together to achieve more than we can alone. I believe communication is fundamental to effective leadership, and support my teams by setting clear, attainable goals, offering honest feedback, and creating a work environment that is both fun and effective. Mi objetivo es involucrar a comunidades diversas con historias inclusivas de la astronomía y el espacio, e inspirar instancias de descubrimiento en nuestra vida cotidiana.
