Currently, I hold the position of Shift Manager at Roomonitor, working remotely and effectively managing teams with dedication and skill.
My career includes supervising and training teams, implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, and optimizing the customer experience. My ability to adapt to different environments and challenges, along with my skill in leading and motivating my team, has been key to the success of the projects I've been involved in.
