I LOVE WHAT I DO. I also want you to love what you do. I want to help you find your way to Covera Health and then when you are here, I want to support you to do your best work. I believe that everyone can love what they do and who they do it with - you just have to find your niche, your people, and the mission that lights you up. When people are motivated and inspired, they do their best work and they have fun while they get it done. I am at Covera Health to support our talent so that they stay motivated and engaged, evolve the organization design, create and implement people programs, and foster the remote-first culture (the internet is our HQ but we do have a fantastic NYC office if you are into the in-office life too!) as it scales so we can all have a part in driving the success of the business. I am proud to be working for a company that is built on innovation, passion, creativity, collaboration, and execution. I love connecting with new people and am happy to accept invitations from people I have yet to meet. I have become really intentional about my network, and so all I ask is that you let me know why you are looking to connect or how you think we can both be helpful to each other, and then we can let the connecting begin!
