Dan Goldberg is a global strategist, music & entertainment industry executive, brand builder, and storyteller passionate about the convergence of consumer products, merchandising, fan engagement, and technology.
With over 20 years of experience, he’s an originator in building fan ecosystems, scaling consumer-facing businesses, and driving innovation at the intersection of culture, commerce, and community across music, sports, and lifestyle sectors. One of the few executives recognized as both a strategist and an operator (and a recovering lawyer), Dan brings a rare blend of creative instinct, commercial acumen, and cultural fluency.
Most recently, he was tapped to lead a new brand and experiences company, Loud House, as CEO, bringing it out of stealth mode and into market focused on the intersection of culture, commerce, and fandom.
Before joining Loud House, Goldberg was hand-picked to lead the creation of a Music and Entertainment business inside of Fanatics, where he built out the new vertical from scratch. Goldberg created a new revenue stream for the company and developed deep relationships in the music community for the sports merchandising giant by pairing together iconic artists with significant sports brands such as The Weeknd x PSG, Luke Combs x NFL, and Fall Out Boy x NBA.
Previously, he was SVP of Warner Music Artist Services, overseeing Warner Music’s global e-commerce, tour merchandising, VIP Experiences, ticketing, and fan clubs businesses, as well as global CRM strategy. Additionally, he led a team of digital strategists, operations experts, and like-minded fanatics who drove revenue and fan engagement by placing the right offers in front of the right fans at the right time for top talent including Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Metallica, Muse, Cardi B, Lizzo, twenty one pilots, Grateful Dead and many others.
Prior to that, Goldberg oversaw business development for Roadrunner Records, briefly practiced entertainment law at The Davis Firm, and ran the legendary Fat Beats. He is an advisor to Atvenu, Merch.co, and Oxford Pennant, as well as a board member for Vestry Concerts, and has served as a consultant and advisor for various consumer-focused brands and companies.
Goldberg is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, a member of the New York Bar, a certified USA Boxing Trainer and has participated in Columbia’s executive leadership program. When not in the office, on the road, or at a show, Goldberg can usually be found obsessing over his wife, kids, dogs, Nina Simone, New York hardcore music, and boxing.
