As Co-Founder of the RDDL Foundation, I lead the strategic development of the RDDL Network, a blockchain protocol designed to bring transparency, accountability, and new capital models to renewable energy investment. We're creating the infrastructure for a cleaner, more decentralized energy future by aligning digital systems with real-world energy outcomes. Most recently, I served as CEO of Riddle&Code, a Vienna-based Web3 company building a SaaS platform and token protocol to help renewable energy communities operate more efficiently and profitably. There, I led company-wide transformation efforts, bringing structure, clarity, and market focus to a rapidly evolving space. Prior to that, I was Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom AG, where I headed T-Labs in Berlin and shaped corporate innovation strategy across blockchain, AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity. I also co-founded trust2core, a Telekom-backed blockchain infrastructure startup focused on enterprise-grade trust frameworks. Earlier in my career, I co-founded and scaled multiple technology startups in Seattle, including Movaya and Kopo Kopo, and held leadership roles at Amdocs and Synchronoss, where I led product innovation, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution. What ties it all together is a passion for transformation—of teams, systems, and industries. I thrive in complex environments where creativity, structure, and bold decision-making are needed to unlock what’s next. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong snowboarder and mountain biker. The outdoors are where I do my best thinking—nature has always been my meditation, my challenge, and my teacher. That connection grounds my commitment to building a more sustainable, resilient future. I hold an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s in History from the University of Colorado Boulder.
