I have an extensive background in retail operations, particularly retail drug. I have had experience in all aspects of retail management, including but not limited to... business planning, forecasting and budget follow-up, staff recruitment and training, performance evaluations, payroll administration, internal and external marketing, POS systems and inventory control, loss prevention, accounts receivable and payable and much, much more. I believe in hard work, leadership by example, and making sure everyone on the team feels like they are important and valued. How we look after each other has a direct correlation to how we look after our customers.
