Luca serves as a Vice President at Groupe Reside Etudes, the French leader in developing and operating urban homes with services attached including for students, seniors and white collars. Groupe Reside Etudes manages 35,000 living units spread across 250 buildings with 2,600 employees, mainly in France. The Group is also present in Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Poland, Germany and Italy.
Furthermore, he is an Adjunct Professor of Advanced Corporate Finance at the European University of Rome. The object of the course is to provide students with skills for effective capital allocation.
Previously, Luca joined Brack Capital Group, a real estate (leading over $10 billion and 40,000,000 sq. ft. in property investments), energy and venture capital investment Group, where he held senior positions including Executive Director and navigated through complexity and multiple economic and business challenges. The Group has a global presence and teams in New York, London, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Moscow, Kazan, New Delhi, Amsterdam, Limassol and Budapest.
Since inception, he served as Chairman of the Investment Committee at Lumen Ventures, a team of operators and former founders focusing on investing in technology companies at Seed stage, in the Fintech, Insurtech and Healthtech verticals.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and executive education certifications in Private Equity & Venture Capital and in Mergers & Acquisitions from Harvard Business School.
