I am a Software Engineer with 10+ years experience in commercial development. I got an engineering degree in Computer Science in Tver State University on the faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics in 2009. I am specialized in software development since graduation. Starting in 2013, I am concentrated mostly on the frontend side. I took part in high-load digital projects for big international brands and banking systems like Sberbank, Philip Morris Int., PepsiCo, Unilever, where smooth behavior is the same required as a nice look. I have experience in organizing development process as Principal Frontend Engineer for the group of 15 developers. I am a big fan of perfect code, prefer declarative to imperative, love modular and compact solutions, respect lean principles, curious about functional programming, and prefer remote work to office. The job is not where you are but what you do. As a frontend developer, I believe that my main goal is to deliver maximum value business to users with a smooth experience and clean interface. I love Typescript for reliability and clarity it brings, but not scared of bare JS, especially when all sweet ES.Next features are available. I enjoy declarativity and modular approach of React and its ecosystem. I use TDD to go faster, and heavily rely on project automatization. I think that a fine project could not exist without fine tooling — it should match the project and be a part of it. I take serious code style and conventions.
