My greatest expertise lies in building vibrant self-sustaining communities and intent-based collabs with partners is where my expertise list, hence I'm planning to use that time to start substack dedicated to community building. Also I love organizing and hosting live events!
From late 2021 to late 2024 I:
-Organized the biggest events in the history of Fantom network for Fantom-native projects (more than 20 guest protocols and KOLs joined, and the audience of above 500+) on a zero budget (the trick was requesting all guest protocols to promote the event)
- ran 60+ collabs for various projects (I never counted, but more than 50), most of which were based on the intent-based series of tasks to ensure growth and conversion;
- developed a self-sustaining bounty program for DIA DAO that works till this day;
- co-founded a small community management agency that provided junior-level community stuff on a freelance basis (in time this agency has grown into a loyal and self-maintaining community, with its own in-house events and community-made groups)
At MC² Finance over the past 10 months I was the Head of Marketing where I ran 3 subdivisions:
1) in-house content which consisted of SMM, SEO-optimised articles and product featuring videos (I'd also include the panel discussions with experts in this sub);
2) community growth management, which included moderation, in-house events, quest platform management including the airdrop sprint, collabs with partners;
3) PR and Marketing ops, which included third-party publications, google ads and X analytics (embedded with on-chain tracking) and KOL management
